Frequently asked questions

Is the ERP SST and LHDN e-Invoice compliant?
Yes. SST is built in: configurable rates, exemption codes, tax-summary reports and quarterly filing exports. LHDN MyInvois is wired into every invoice issued from the system — invoices are signed, submitted in real time, and the validated UIN is embedded in the customer's receipt.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
An eight-week implementation is typical for a single-entity SME or mid-market business. The phases are: 2 weeks audit and configuration, 2 weeks data migration, 2 weeks parallel run with your existing system, 1 week training, 1 week go-live support. Larger multi-entity rollouts take 12-20 weeks.
Can you migrate from my current system?
Yes — we've pulled data out of SQL Accounting, AutoCount, MYOB, SAP B1, Sage, Odoo, custom Excel workbooks, and a long list of bespoke systems. We migrate customers, items, opening balances and historical transactions with reconciliation reports you can sign off on.
Do you integrate with Malaysian banks?
Yes — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, AmBank, Hong Leong and others via direct API or statement import. We support bulk payment files (DuitNow, IBG, RENTAS) and automatic bank-reconciliation matching.
What if we need a custom module?
Most ERPs need at least one industry-specific module. Our platform is built for customisation — your custom modules sit alongside the standard ones, get the same security/audit treatment, and don't break when the core updates. Custom modules are quoted separately on top of the base licence.
Is there a per-user licensing fee?
Yes, but transparent: a flat per-user/month fee with volume discounts at 10 / 25 / 100 users. Read-only audit users are free. No hidden module fees, no 'platform' fees, no surprise increases on renewal.
