Frequently asked questions

Can members upgrade or downgrade themselves?
Yes — each member's portal has a self-service plan-change flow. Upgrades are immediate with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period (configurable). All changes are logged and the member gets an email confirmation.
Does it support automatic billing in MYR?
Yes — card-on-file recurring billing in MYR via Stripe Malaysia. We also support FPX one-off renewals, Boost/GrabPay/TNG for monthly cycles, and corporate invoice billing for B2B accounts. Failed-card dunning runs automatically with smart retry and email follow-up.
Can I run a free tier alongside paid tiers?
Yes. Many of our clients use the free tier as the on-ramp — members get basic perks, see what they're missing, and upgrade. The tier engine handles automatic promotion when usage or spend crosses your threshold.
What happens when a membership expires?
Configurable per tier. Common patterns: 30-day grace period during which they can renew at the old rate, then downgrade to free tier with a win-back email sequence; or instant downgrade with quarterly re-engagement emails. You write the policy, the system enforces it.
Do members get their own dashboard?
Yes — a branded self-service portal where they can update profile, see billing history, manage payment methods, view perks earned and used, change plan, invite family members (for family accounts) and download invoices. It uses your brand colours and logo, hosted on a sub-domain of your choosing.
Can I export member data anytime?
Absolutely. You own the data. One-click CSV export of members, transactions and activity logs at any time. Full database snapshot available on request. No vendor lock-in — if you ever leave, you take everything.
