Frequently asked questions

Is your POS LHDN MyInvois e-Invoice ready?
Yes. Every sale generates a signed e-Invoice payload submitted to LHDN's MyInvois API in real time. The validated UIN is embedded into the customer's receipt QR code. We onboard your taxpayer certificate, configure your TIN/SST settings, and parallel-run against your current process before go-live.
What happens if the internet drops?
POS keeps selling. Every sale is recorded locally and reconciled with the backend (plus submitted to MyInvois) when the connection comes back. The cashier sees no interruption, and there's no need to fall back to paper receipts at peak hour.
Does the POS work with the hardware I already have?
Usually yes. We support Epson, Star and Bixolon receipt printers (network or USB), Honeywell and Zebra barcode scanners, common cash drawers, and Verifone / Ingenico payment terminals. We can also supply a fresh hardware bundle (tablet, printer, scanner, cash drawer, terminal) bundled into the rollout cost.
Can I run multiple outlets from one backend?
Yes — multi-outlet is included. Items, prices, staff, suppliers and reports roll up across all locations. Each outlet can have its own price overrides, promotions, opening hours and staff roster. The owner dashboard shows real-time sales across every location.
How does the system handle staff shifts and cash-up?
Each shift starts with a cash-float declaration and ends with a Z-report and cash count. Variance reporting flags discrepancies. Tips, voids and discounts are tracked per cashier. Time-clock data feeds into payroll exports.
Can I integrate it with the loyalty/membership system?
Yes — the POS is already integrated with our Membership System. Cashiers can look up members by phone or QR scan, apply tier discounts and award/redeem points right at the counter. Members get instant SMS confirmation.
